I edited a speed reel of my acting demo reel, which is only 1 minute and 15 seconds!

I now have legit and commercial representation!  I am freelancing with Sue Winik, owner of the all-inclusive agency Sheplin-Winik Artists.  She's a great agent and I am STOKED to be working with her and her agency!  I also changed my Tech Consult page to a more standard Contact page, listing my contact info as my well as Sheplin-Winik's.
(7/14/09)

Posted the link to my dedicated Red Tie Mafia performer's page, as well as updated the RTM home site link, both on the Links page.

My demo reel's finally up!  Enjoy!

Lots of updates, folks!  I am now listed on imdb.com for a second film, Delicious Ambiguity, which premiered in Western New York State earlier this month.  Furthermore, I should have my actor's reel up on the site within the next week, as I am pulling copy together from all my recent projects for agent auditions.  Also, if you look at the Pics page and the website header you'll find my new commercial head shot by Bob Newey Photos smilin' back at ya.  And finally, I have switched to a nicer, more fully-featured calendar on the My Upcoming Performances page.  Check it out!
(6/15/09)

Delicious Ambiguity, the Beth Bailey film that I co-starred in, is premiering Wednesday, June 3rd at 6pm at The Little Theatre in Rochester, NY!  There will be a Q&A session afterwards as well as a dessert reception.  I will try my best to get up there for the premiere and Q&A.  Tickets are only $10!!!
(5/7/09)

The date has been tentatively set for Hyperion Theatre Project's renowned Manhattanpotamia III
Commedia dell'arte performance, which I helped plot out and will be performing in!  This is the annual production that has packed the mainstage at Gotham for the past two years and helped pave the way for Red Tie Mafia and all of Hyperion's other projects!  Please keep checking the Upcoming Performances page in case the tentative show date of May 11th changes.

I am now taking private coaching from famed Broadway and film actress and former HB Studios instructor Rita Gardner (the original Girl in The Fantasticks, Grandma in the Broadway musical of The Wedding Singer, P.S I Love You with Hillary Swank, etc etc).  She's already pushed me a great deal and we're both happy with the progress I'm making- I'm SO excited and honored that she's taking the time and interest in helping my acting reach the next level!
(2/4/09)

I just put up the new Red Tie Mafia dedicated webpage on my Links page- its still in progress, but it should be fully fleshed out with pics, blogs, schedules, musician info and more by the end of January!
(1/16/09)

My early 2009 improv performance dates with Red Tie Mafia at Gotham Comedy Club are up!  Check my Upcoming Performances page for the details- I am VERY excited about the February 8th, 2009 Show, "Gauntlet Night," which is essentially Michael Curasi night!  I will be performing in EVERY SINGLE GAME of the evening as a "gauntlet."  So please come out and support my grueling comedic performance!
(12/5/08)

I have been cast in Hyperion Theatre Project's flagship Commedia Dell'Arte company!  Our all-original shows will go up in May- keep checking back for more information.
(12/1/08)

My first improv show with Red Tie Mafia at Gotham Comedy Club was a HUGE success!!!  Thanks much to the many friends and family who were there.  See me perform again November 30th.
(11/29/08)

I'm now on IMDB!  Check my Links page for a quick link to my IMDB page.
(11/7/08)

(10/28/08)

"Delicious Ambiguity," Beth Bailey's Rochester-based independent feature-length film that I costarred in, will be previewing at the Image Out Festival in Rochester, NY this month.  The preview will be showing Sunday, October 12th at 11:30am as part of Program 13, the Shorts Program, at the renowned Little Theater.  Tickets are $6-$7!
(10/9/08)

I added a link to the website of Red Tie Mafia, Gotham City Comedy Club's new resident improv troupe (through a collaboration with the Hyperian Theatre Project), on the Links page.  I also added the date and info for my first performance with them in November on the Upcoming Events page.  Excited!
(10/6/08)

I added "The Last Mustache," the School of the Visual Arts student film I voiced which took first place in the SVA 16mm Summer Workshop, to my Audio page.  Film written and directed by Emilie Serri.
(10/3/08)

Look on my Videos page for my latest project, "Run Like You Stole Something," a Digital Film Academy 24p comedic short by Jacob Gunther.  I get a great closing scene!
(9/26/08)

I've also thrown up a new page, hawking my web design and technology consultation services.  I've just designed two new websites for clients, and as I've been tech consulting to everyone from family members to strangers for the past decade, I thought it was time to officially offer up my knowledge for modest fees.  SO, feel free to check out the new page, and anyone out there wanting a bright, easy-to-read website or some help with the latest technologies, I'm your geek!
(9/25/08)

I am happy to announce that I have just been cast in Gotham City Comedy Club's brand-new resident improvisational comedy troupe, in conjunction with the Hyperion Theater Project.  I am both extremely excited and deeply honored, and am very much looking forward to performing in one of New York City's premiere comedy performance venues!  As the troupe is rather nascent at present, please check back for updates and an eventual performance schedule.
(9/25/08)

My new, final headshots are edited and up all over the website- enjoy!  Many thanks to the wonderful Bob Newey Photos for reshooting what I needed!
(9/23/08)

I edited a portion of "The Last Mustache" into my voice reel- obviously its incomplete, and lacks the score included in the finished project, but its a small sample of what's to come.
(8/15/08)

"The Last Mustache," an SVA 16mm short film that I provided the sole voice for, just took first place at the School of Visual Arts 16mm Summer Workshop- we're talking a trophy and everything!  The writer/director, Emilie Serri, is going  to be entering it in a couple of festivals, so I can't post the full movie on my website.  However, I will be editing an excerpt into my voice reel, so look for that in the next week.
(8/6/08)

"Signs of the Time," a documentary about the history of sign language use in baseball that I acted in last summer, will be having a sneak peak at the Dryden Theater in Rochester, NY in late August.  Its an invitation-only event, but it should be available in wider release soon thereafter, and is slated to appear on PBS at some point in the future.  Keep your eyes open!
(7/23/08)

The Guestbook should now be working- for all those who tried to comment in the past, I apologize!
(6/24/08)

I have resettled in New York City!
